In his book A Theory of Everything, he tries to bring together many important disciplines to show how these most important questions can be answered. Wilber deals with the most fundamental questions about human existence: who are we? What makes us humans? Why do we exist? Why do we have a consciousness? Are we part of a larger system? What is our meaning in the universe? Wilber himself pays a lot of attention to new theories about the human brain, the mind and how people have come to self awareness and consciousness. Wilber says he always wants to explain everything. In his perhaps best-known 1997 book The Eye of Spirit, he used the spectrum of consciousness to describe approaches to psychology, spirituality, anthropology, art, and planetary transformation. These were later published in 1999 in One Taste, a term he coined for unity consciousness, which stated that body, mind and spirit are all perfect expressions of the Enlightened Spirit. In 1997 journals, he kept a diary of personal experiences. These principles form the foundation of Wilber’s model of manifest reality. In 1982 The Holographic Paradigm and Other Paradoxes appeared. In this book Wilber outlined human development from childhood to adulthood and beyond. No Boundary is a simple yet comprehensive guide to the types of Eastern and Western psychological therapies available to help the reader understand their own nature. In 1979 Ken Wilber came out with another book. It became the basis for all subsequent attempts to clarify the relationship between psychology and spirituality.
